This is a pattern insert from an old Doll Crafters Magazine. There is a pattern for a 22-23 inch toddler size doll. The one modeling is by Donna RuBert. The designer of the dress outfit is Joy Escolar. It will fit a doll 22- 23", waist 14", hips 15", and chest 12". It includes the pattern for the dress and bloomers. The second pattern is for a 16 inch doll and is modeled by a 16" Steiner. I will include the pages from the magazine also which describe the making of them.
